15,00 staff spread across 25 acres of land in Faisalabad, Pakistan combined with a manufacturing facility in Manchester, UK to ensure consistent output and the quality Dahome Textiles is synonymous with. Our teams of international designers, based in Pakistan and the UK, consistently monitor trends, techniques and finishes to offer the best of designs.
Our Products
We are producing 100% Cotton, Polycotton, Greige, Bleached, Dyed and Printed Fabrics in different widths and constructions using weaves like Microfiber,Percales, Half Panama, Sateens, Twills, Drills, Flannellete, Poplin / Calico, Herringbone, Dobby, Jacquard etc. We are also producing different kinds of Home & Institutional Products like, Bed Sheets, Comforters, Table Cover & Napkins, Pillow Covers, Mattress Covers, Quilt Covers, Curtains, Thermal & Waffle Blankets, Patient Gown, Scrub Suits, Apron etc.

Warping & Sizing
Dahome Textiles Ltd has state-of-the-art, world-renowned warping and sizing machines that give it the ability to maintain an exact and uniform tension that allows the yarn to retain its elastic and strength properties. Our modern equipment ensures precision, efficiency, and the highest quality in every thread, weaving the future of textiles with cutting-edge technology.
Weaving
Dahome Textiles Ltd has an extensive Water Jet Weaving Unit set up having a variety of machines including Shuttle-less which produce an enormous variety of fabrics having multiple weaves ranging from 36 inch to 130 inch with maximum thread count. All machines are fully equipped with various kinds of secondary and auxiliary equipment.We specialize in producing Microfiber.We are producing around 1 million meters in every month. • 110 Water Jet Looms • 24 Air Jet Looms (Out Side) • 10 Air Jet Jacquard Looms • 100 Auto Looms (Out Side) • 50 S/L Looms (Out Side) • 1.5 million approx. monthly production of grey fabric
Processing
Dahome Textiles Ltd ensure to get the best finish of woven fabric, the fabric goes through our latest Raising and Brushing technology to raise the fibers of fabric in a best possible manner. Through Shearing Machine, the fabric goes through shearing process in order to trim the raised nap to ensure that all the raised fibers are the same length, so that we can meet our quality level effectively.
Stitching & Quilting
At Dahome Textiles, we are equipped with the latest and modern stitching machines a highly skilled labor to meet our modern stitching requirements.The machines include Singer,Safety+Overlock, Double-needle, Kansai special, and Flat lock machines. Ensuring that machinery is safe and working is important to preventing accidents and maintaining productivity. Moreover, we have: • 40 Stitching Machines • 2 Multi-head Quilting Machiness • 2 Ultra Sonic Quilting Machines • 2 Delta Quilting Machines • 2500 Sets Per Day Production
